In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the mm4d website accessible at https://mm4d.cam, including all its sub-pages, features, and services.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to mm4d, the operator of the Platform.
• "You", "User", "Member" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a User's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional or bonus credits awarded to a User's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a User on any game or sporting event offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required of all members prior to processing withdrawals or lifting deposit limits.
• "IDR / Rp" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency used on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdictions" means any country or territory where access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

To register and use the mm4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted to access and use online betting services in your jurisdiction.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, or contractor of mm4d, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have had a previous mm4d Account suspended or permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility requirements are met and that you will continue to meet them for the duration of your membership. mm4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend access pending verification.

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money betting features, you must complete the Account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as prompted on the registration form. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on mm4d at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single person — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or identity documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mm4d reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any Balances held therein if multiple Accounts are detected.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your Account. You must notify mm4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. mm4d is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account use where you have failed to adequately safeguard your credentials.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

mm4d applies a mandatory KYC identity verification process to all Accounts. Full verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued ID (Indonesian KTP), proof of address, and a selfie holding the ID document. The review process is typically completed within 1–24 hours of submission. mm4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where required for compliance or risk management purposes.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled and any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your designated withdrawal account, subject to successful KYC verification and these Terms. Bonus Balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mm4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No third-party or unverified payment methods are accepted.

4.2 Deposit Limits & Processing

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method. As a general guide, minimum deposits start from Rp 10.000 for e-wallets and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers. Most deposits are credited instantly or within a few minutes. mm4d does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

All withdrawals require a fully verified (KYC-approved) Account. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by method; typical bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes during normal business hours (WIB, UTC+7).

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

mm4d complies with international anti-money laundering standards. We reserve the right to request proof of funds or source of wealth documentation for any deposit or withdrawal where our compliance team determines such verification is necessary. Funds suspected to be of criminal origin will be reported to the relevant authorities, and associated Accounts will be suspended pending investigation.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. mm4d reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant Accounts. You will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied. Accounts with a zero Balance may be closed without further notice after 24 months of inactivity.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, mm4d offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion as published on the Platform at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this clause.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded to a User's Account carry a wagering (turnover) requirement that must be completed before any Bonus Balance or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, wagering requirements are between 5x and 15x the bonus amount and must be completed within 14 to 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game types contribute differently toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette ) typically contribute 10–20%. Sports bets on markets with odds lower than 1.50 may contribute 0%. The exact contribution rates for each promotion are published in the specific offer's terms. mm4d reserves the right to adjust game contribution rates at any time with reasonable notice.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

mm4d operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using a bonus to place low-risk hedging bets that exploit bonus terms without genuine recreational wagering intent; colluding with other players to systematically extract bonus value. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated Bonus Balances, winnings, and deposits may be forfeited at mm4d's sole discretion.

5.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

mm4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to your Account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply. We also reserve the right to correct any errors in bonus amounts or wagering calculations and to recover any incorrectly awarded funds.

6.1 General Rules

All Wagers placed on mm4d are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market.

6.2 Sports Betting

mm4d offers pre-match and live betting across a wide range of sports including football (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and Piala AFF), badminton, basketball, volleyball, MotoGP, and e-sports. All sports betting markets — including bandar bola (Asian Handicap / voor bola markets), 1X2, Over/Under, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets — are governed by the specific market rules published at the time of placement.

6.3 Togel

mm4d offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) betting across multiple draw markets. All togel results are determined by official draw outcomes from the relevant market providers. mm4d bears no responsibility for draw delays or cancellations caused by the draw provider or circumstances beyond our control.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Wager Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may vary by Account tier, game type, or promotional period. mm4d reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time and without prior notice.

6.5 Void Bets and Cancellations

mm4d reserves the right to void any Wager that has been placed based on erroneous odds, incorrect game data, system error, or where we have reasonable grounds to believe the Wager was placed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms. Where a Wager is voided, the original stake will be returned to your Account Balance. No compensation will be payable beyond the return of the stake.

6.6 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome or settlement of a Wager, mm4d's decision on the resolution of that Wager shall be final. Where a malfunction cannot be fairly resolved, all affected Wagers may be voided and stakes returned.

mm4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of its Platform. We provide the following tools to help members maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 7 days.
• Session Time-Out: Members may activate a temporary time-out period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) during which their Account will be suspended and no access to betting or deposits will be permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who believe their gambling has become problematic may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides optional pop-up reminders showing the duration of your current session and net wagering activity.

All content on the mm4d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of mm4d or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, scrape, frame, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written consent of mm4d.

The mm4d name, logo, and all related marks, trade names, and domain names are proprietary trademarks of mm4d. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use such marks without our prior written permission.

9.1 Platform Availability

mm4d endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events may cause temporary outages. mm4d shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability, regardless of cause.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mm4d excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

9.3 Cap on Liability

Where mm4d's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mm4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the Platform. Player funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from mm4d's operational funds. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by mm4d, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records for compliance and audit purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on your data rights and how to exercise them.

mm4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform and/or sending an email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 3.5 above.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to mm4d's international operating jurisdiction. To the extent that any dispute relates to your use of the Platform as a resident of Indonesia, you acknowledge that certain aspects of these Terms may also be subject to applicable Indonesian consumer protection principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to mm4d's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits mm4d's right to seek emergency injunctive relief in any competent court to prevent unauthorized use of its Platform, intellectual property, or systems.
